How to use it
Plan around real availability.
- Choose one city for each person. If a city is missing, use a listed city with the same time-zone identifier.
- Set the local hours when each person is open to a call. An end time earlier than the start time means overnight availability. Matching start and end times mean no availability.
- Set the minimum call length. The planner shows only continuous windows that meet it.
Availability inputs use 30-minute steps. Results can land on quarter-hour boundaries when a selected time zone requires it. Treat the result as a shared starting point rather than a standing expectation. Work, sleep, travel, and local clock changes can alter a good time.
Clock changes
Check the date, not only the offset.
Two cities can move their clocks on different dates. A familiar five-hour difference can become four hours for part of the year. This planner calculates each day from the selected IANA time zones instead of applying one fixed offset to the whole week.
Browser time-zone data can become outdated on an old device. Recheck the final time before a flight, a clock change, or a call that cannot move.

Before you use the result
Does the planner account for daylight saving time?
Yes. It uses the time-zone rules available in your browser for each selected date. Check the final time again before travel or after a local clock change.
What if my city is not listed?
Choose a listed city that uses the same IANA time zone. The time-zone identifier appears below each city selector so you can confirm the match.
Does Adoring save the cities or hours I choose?
No. The planner keeps your selected cities and hours only in page memory and does not send them to Adoring. It does not write them to local storage, and a fresh page load resets them.
