Privacy in the product

Separate accounts, mutual reveals, discreet notifications, and location you can pause.

One couple space

There is no audience watching.

Adoring is designed around two individual accounts in one private relationship space, with no public profile, followers, comments, or group mode.

Private answers

Neither person sees a reply early.

Daily answers stay private until both partners respond. The mutual reveal prevents one answer from shaping the other before both are ready.

Discreet arrivals

A notification does not need to repeat the message.

Lovebox can say that your partner sent something without placing a private letter, answer, or affection signal on the lock screen.

Location with consent

Sharing is optional, visible, and reversible.

Adoring is being designed to show when location was last updated, let either person pause sharing, and avoid presenting stale data as live.

No ads built from private data

Private relationship data is not advertising material.

Adoring will not use exact location or private relationship content for advertising. Its analytics are being designed to leave out those sensitive values.

Clear control

Export, deletion, and app locking are being built in.

Adoring is being built with readable exports, clear deletion paths, and an app lock so important privacy controls are part of the product rather than hidden policy language.

How it works

Join the same private space, then choose what you want to share.

  1. 01

Each person joins with an individual account.

Both partners enter the same private relationship space, while account identity and consent remain individual rather than becoming one shared login.

  2. 02

Choose what you want to share.

Send a letter, answer a question, plan a visit, or enable optional location sharing. Each feature has its own context instead of treating access as all or nothing.

  3. 03

See and change the current state.

Adoring is designed to make waiting answers, location freshness, paused sharing, and privacy controls understandable to both partners.

How privacy works

Two accounts, mutual reveals, discreet arrivals, and location that can be paused.

Two accounts, one relationship space

Both people use their own account and join one couple space. Adoring has no public profile, follower graph, group rooms, or strangers to discover.

Mutual reveal for daily answers

Each answer is held privately until the other partner replies. Both responses then become available together, with no early peek for the first person to finish.

Discreet notification language

A notification can say that something arrived without quoting a private message, naming sensitive content, or giving away the answer on the lock screen.

Optional, revocable location sharing

Location sharing is a choice, not a condition of using the app. Freshness and paused states are designed to remain visible instead of implying constant access.

Sensitive values excluded from analytics

Adoring’s requirements call for analytics that avoid user-authored content, exact location, and other sensitive values rather than copying private activity into measurement tools.

Export, delete, and lock controls

Readable data export, clear deletion, and app locking are being built for launch. The finished controls and their exact behavior will be documented before release.

What Adoring does not do

Privacy is not a promise that one partner gets unlimited access to the other.

Adoring is meant to help two people share deliberately. It does not turn location into proof of trust, expose answers before both people are ready, or turn private relationship content into a social or advertising profile.

  • No public profiles, followers, or group spaces
  • No covert or permanently enabled location tracking
  • No lock-screen copy of private messages or answers
  • No claim of end-to-end encryption
