Adoring is a pre-launch product and operates the current website and planned iPhone service. These terms cover both.
Using Adoring
You must be legally able to accept these terms and follow the App Store rules that apply where you live. Adoring is designed for exactly two separately authenticated accounts in one relationship space. Do not access another person's account or make a private choice on their behalf.
Acceptable use
You may not use Adoring to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, coerce, or monitor another person without their consent;
- upload content you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to bypass authentication, pairing, privacy, consent, or subscription controls;
- interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it unlawfully.
Your content and your partner
The intended policy is that you retain ownership of content you create and grant Adoring only the permissions needed to operate the selected features. The ownership, licence, and shared-record language must be approved by the operator and legal counsel before these terms govern a public app. Before you confirm unpairing or deletion, the app must show what will happen.
Subscriptions
Adoring is a paid app with no free product tier. One subscription covers both partners in the paired relationship. The planned United States prices are $4.99 per week or $39.00 per year. There is no free trial. Apple processes payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds, and storefront prices can vary by region and tax treatment.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. Cancelling keeps access through the paid period. Deleting the app or an Adoring account does not cancel the Apple subscription. Relationship features require an active subscription. Account, privacy, safety, export, unpairing, deletion, and purchase restoration controls remain available without one.
Location, wellbeing, and safety
Location sharing is optional and may be delayed, approximate, stale, or unavailable. Do not use Adoring as an emergency, safety-monitoring, or navigation service. Adoring does not provide therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or professional relationship advice. Contact local emergency or qualified professional services when needed.
Availability and changes
The website and pre-launch materials may change. Features described as planned can be delayed, changed, or removed before release. We may suspend access to protect people or the service, or to comply with the law. The current pre-release export lets each person choose eligible content categories and creates a human-readable text file using the account display names.
Joining the early-access waitlist requires confirming the link sent to the address you provide. It does not guarantee a launch date, App Store approval, or immediate access. After confirmation, Adoring may send availability and invitation updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
App Store licence
If Adoring is obtained through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the App Store listing provides a valid custom agreement. Under that agreement, Adoring's application provider is responsible for the app and its content, while Apple retains the limited obligations described in the Standard EULA and applicable law.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, the website, app, and service are provided "as available." Adoring does not promise that every feature will be error-free or uninterrupted. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. You remain responsible for your content, device, account access, and choices about what you share.
